How do I sign up?
You can sign up for Big Star Rewards at any Big Star location. On the display tap "Earn Rewards" to sign in or sign up for a new account. A staff member will be happy to assist you if you need help.
How many points am I earning on each purchase?

How do I know how many points I have?
Your point total will print on the bottom of your receipt after every transaction. Make sure you've added your rewards account to each transaction using the customer facing display at the counter.
Are my points good at all Big Star locations?
Of course! Earn and redeem at any of our locations.
How do I redeem my points?
On the top right corner of the customer facing display you have the option to add an existing rewards account to your order OR register for a new account. Your account is linked to your phone number, so there's no need for any additional card, or remember you account #.
Is there a limit on how many points I can redeem at once?
Nope! You earned those points, redeem them all at once, or dole them out for smaller rewards, it's your choice!
Can I add my rewards to a catering order?
Absolutely, in fact we encourage it! Whether you'd you like to create a Big Star Rewards account for you company/organization OR add your personal rewards account , catering orders are eligible earn at the same rates as regular orders!
I think is a problem with my rewards account, how do I fix it?
If you think there might be an issue with your account or point balance, please contact us, employees in store only have limited access to your account information.
